Journey In

• This is a private six day, one on one retreat held on 30 acres of quiet forest land in Ontario. The setting is intentionally simple, secluded, and serene. A place where the nervous system can settle and life can slow down. • The retreat includes two carefully held Iboga ceremonies, spaced to allow time for rest, reflection, and integration. Safety is a central priority throughout the process. Participation requires thorough preparation and traditional screening, and support is present at all times. Iboga is approached respectfully as a tool for deep inner observation, not as an escape from life, but a way of meeting it more directly. • You will have your own private space to rest and be alone when needed. There are no group dynamics, no performance, and no expectations to reach a particular outcome. • Food is simple and nourishing, prepared with care. Much of it is sourced directly from the garden, and when it is not, ingredients are locally sourced and organic. Meals support the body while keeping the retreat grounded and unhurried. • The pace is slow by design. Time is given for walking in the forest, quiet conversation, journaling, and rest. My role is not to interpret your experience or provide answers, but to help hold a steady, attentive container where clarity can arise naturally. • For some, additional time is helpful. An extended stay can be arranged when more space is needed for grounding or integration. • The work begins with a conversation to see if this is the right fit, at the right time.
